In memory of the the anniversary of the Sandy Hook tragedy, Moms Demand Action has sponsored a week of “No More Silence” activities.  I have sent e-mails to Representative McIntyre, Senator Hagan and Senator Burr. Today I called Representative McIntyre and Senator Burr ( at both Raleigh and DC offices ) to encourage them to sponsor and/or support common sense gun violence prevention legislation, specifically broader background checks.  Go to momsdemandaction.org and you can get all of the information for participating in the activities they are sponsoring.
